Azure Cafe is the culmination of a cherished dream of cafe owner, Dely P. Fernandez. Coming from generations of food enthusiasts in Pampanga and growing up in a family of people who "lived to eat" rather than just "ate to live"

Ms. Fernandez was prodded by family and friends to open a coffeeshop sharing best-loved recipes she had previously made only for family and friends. Looking around for a name, she remembered the azure blue sky and memories of ship cruises with two maiden aunts who, along with her mother, were her inspiration as far as fine cooking was concerned. Fabulous food with the most creative presentations was always served onboard these fine ships.
